Luau Pool Party

 Gutter cleaning on every unit in The Village will be completed this week. 

Beginning Monday, June 8, as early as 7:30am, CertaPro Painters will begin the project of painting 13 of the Village units; please see attached map for units to be painted this summer. The remainder of the units will be painted next summer.

Prior to painting the units will be power washed, the company will be using our water supply from the outside hose connections.

Areas that require caulking will be tended to, any lose boards will be secured and loose paint will be scraped.

Painting will begin with the front units and progress into the village as shown numerically on the attached map.  

CertaPro anticipates being able to complete painting 5 units per week.
